ST. LOUIS, Aug. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — New York-based Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE: OMC) has acquired Rodgers Townsend, a St. Louis-based advertising agency.
Founded in 1996, Rodgers Townsend is a full-service creative communications agency providing advertising, direct marketing, media planning, interactive marketing, and design services. In 2005, Rodgers Townsend partnered with fellow Omnicom agency, GSD&M, to launch the largest twelve month advertising campaign in history for the new AT&T. In addition, the agency has been recognized internationally by One Show, National ADDY’s, and most recently a Bronze Lion for the second consecutive year at the International Advertising Festival at Cannes.
